Who I am. The Edge Personal Training is run by Paul Greaves, based at Energize Fitness, 52 Chatsworth Road, Harrogate HG1 5HS. For anything about your data: paul@edgept.co.uk or 07788 259511.

What I collect and why.

• When you fill in a form on this site: your name, phone number, email and what you tell me about your goals. I use it to reply, book your consultation, and follow up. That's it.
• If you become a client: your training and progress information, and anything you choose to share through the coaching app so I can coach you properly. Health information you share for coaching purposes is used only for that, with your consent, and only seen by me.
• Website analytics: anonymous usage data via Google Analytics so I can see what's working.

Texts and emails. When you enquire, I'll reply by phone, text or email about your enquiry. Marketing messages only go to people who've opted in, and every one has an unsubscribe route that actually works.

Who else touches the data. My systems run on trusted providers who process data on my behalf: my CRM platform (LeadConnector/HighLevel) for enquiries and messages, and PT Distinction, the coaching app, for client programmes. They store it; they don't get to use it for themselves. I never sell your data, and I don't share it with anyone else except where the law requires.

Your rights. You can ask for a copy of what I hold, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, and unless there's a legal reason I have to keep something, I will. Email paul@edgept.co.uk and it'll be done within a month. If you're ever unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
